Data we collect

We process account credentials, creator profile fields and collaboration preferences. When a creator connects their own Instagram Professional Account through official Instagram Login, we receive the account identifier, username, profile image, account type, follower and media counts, media metadata and the performance metrics made available by the Instagram API.

Purpose and sharing

Instagram data is used to give the creator a verified analytics profile and to keep it current. Connecting Instagram does not publish statistics. Selected metrics are shown to catalog users only after the creator gives separate, explicit consent. We do not scrape Instagram, sell Instagram Platform Data, infer sensitive traits, or use the data for advertising.

Control

A creator can revoke sharing consent instantly while keeping Instagram connected, disconnect Instagram, or use the self-service account deletion control. Revocation removes the metrics from author-facing pages.

Retention

Profile data is retained while the account is active. OAuth state expires after 10 minutes. Instagram snapshots are retained while the integration is active and are deleted on disconnect or account deletion. Security audit records are minimized and retained according to the operator's documented operational schedule. A non-reversible deletion receipt may be kept to demonstrate completion.
